Jan Nováček
Jan has been in the executive search and talent management field for over 20 years, working with both large corporations and small enterprises. A graduate of the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics Prague, Jan has a deep understanding of the business landscape and a reputation for delivering results.
He founded the company with the belief that leadership requires both the right people and the right chemistry. Jan’s approach to talent selection is rooted in partnership and long-term growth.

Aneta Hebrová
Aneta holds a Master’s in Economics and Management from the Czech University of Life Sciences and has a professional development background in Psychology from Charles University. Aneta started her career in executive search at Deloitte, working under Jan’s mentorship, before moving on to sales and marketing projects.
Between 2018 and 2024, she spent part of her time in the U.S., assisting European companies in entering the American market. Aneta is also a published author, with her book Essence of Tucson: The Story recognized in the 2024 International Book Awards. In 2025, she returned to the world of executive search, bringing her diverse, multidisciplinary experience back into the fold to connect talent with business growth.

Lenka Koschatová
Lenka has more than 15 years of experience in operational management, strategic development, and financial management across both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. She holds a degree in International Trade and Financial Management from the University of Economics in Prague and also earned an MBA degree. Thanks to her career path, she has a strong background in internal HR, team leadership, and organizational development. She is also proficient in English and German.
Throughout her career, she has held key leadership roles in international companies as well as rapidly growing scale-ups. She served as Head of Operations at Schüttflix, where she contributed to the company’s international expansion, process setup, and the development of data-driven operations. Today, she leverages her top-management and internal HR experience in the field of executive search.
